💻 Job Role: ODC MAC Analyst – Hyderabad

About the Role

As an ODC MAC Analyst in Deloitte’s CXO team, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests related to Mac and Windows endpoints within the ODC environment. You will troubleshoot, configure, and maintain systems while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for software and hardware issues on Mac/Windows endpoints.
Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for tickets related to Mac endpoints.
Act as a technical advisor for Mac-related issues in ODC projects.
Configure and optimize Mac/Windows endpoints as per project-specific needs.
Test and deploy macOS updates and patches to maintain compliance.
Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities for Mac and Windows systems.
Document problems, resolutions, and technical processes for internal knowledge bases.
Provide regular dashboard and report updates to managers and stakeholders.
Assist with asset management, invoice tracking, and vulnerability remediation.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for ODC endpoints.
Coordinate with infrastructure teams (LAN, WAN, Telephony) when local support is needed.
Use ServiceNow for ticket monitoring and issue resolution.
Conduct regular compliance checks and remediate any gaps.
Support process improvements and help build audit readiness checklists.
Utilize advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analytics.

Required Qualifications

B.Tech, BE, or equivalent engineering degree.
Strong technical troubleshooting knowledge on Mac endpoints.
Familiarity with JAMF framework, Mac profiles, and terminal scripting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

ITIL Certification.
Jamf 100 (Certified Associate) or Jamf 200 (Certified Technician) certification.
Basic knowledge of network/security concepts and vulnerability assessments.
Experience with Qualys or similar tools for vulnerability management.
