🧾 Work You’ll Do

As a Payroll–Data Submission Associate Analyst, you will support Deloitte’s U.S. payroll operations by:

Responding to payroll queries from employees and HR.
Compiling and validating data related to one-time payments, loans, bonuses, and deductions.
Assisting in prepayment processing (recruit advance).
Coordinating corrections on employee data using SAP validation reports.
Supporting off-cycle payroll requests, direct deposit rejections, and W2 corrections.
Maintaining process documentation and ensuring compliance with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) standards.
Collaborating with the HR operations team and other payroll stakeholders.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Finance or any stream
0–1 years of relevant experience
Basic to advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with SAP HR systems and accounting packages
Knowledge of payroll processing, reporting, and variance analysis
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Typing speed: 30–40 WPM and 4000 KPH with ≤5% error rate
Integrity and attention to data privacy standards
