Role Summary

As an Associate Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in providing Level 1 technical support for integrations and automation solutions, collaborating across teams to ensure smooth operations for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical assistance for integrations and automation-related issues.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Deltek products, automation tools, and integration workflows.
Proactively manage customer escalations and ensure quick resolutions.
Adhere to quality standards, SLAs, and security protocols.
Collaborate with operations and development teams during triage and resolution of operational issues.
Document and track all incidents, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Take ownership of incidents and drive them to timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech (CSE, IT, or ECE) – Full-time, 2025 passouts only.
Minimum 60% aggregate in academics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
Basic understanding of Networking, SOAP, RESTful API, and SQL.
Awareness of incident management and escalation processes.
Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment.
