Role Overview

The Apprentice will be part of the Global Transaction Banking – Investor Services team. This role focuses on Know Your Client (KYC) processes, regulatory reporting, client account management, and compliance-related documentation. The position offers hands-on experience in banking operations, stakeholder communication, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Account Management (CAM)

Support regulatory reporting by completing accurate and timely tasks.
Proactively follow up with stakeholders to manage expectations.
Escalate issues promptly, identify root causes, and assist in finding solutions.
Maintain and manage client documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Track Management Information (MI) to ensure no unresolved aging items.

2. KYC & Non-Core KYC Activities

Assist with day-to-day Know Your Client checks.
Support documentation review and data storage as per compliance standards.
Stay updated on regulatory changes that impact operations.
