💼 Role Overview

As part of the Front-to-Back (F2B) Transformation initiative — one of Deutsche Bank’s top 3 global agendas — interns will work on:

• Building Centers of Excellence for process re-engineering, data analytics, and automation

• Using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL for data analysis

• Creating data models, joining fragmented datasets, and identifying process improvements

• Executing target operating models to streamline business workflows

• Supporting the transformation of client experiences, risk controls, and operations

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Perform data modelling and analysis to build reusable data assets

• Recommend improvements based on descriptive and diagnostic analytics

• Collaborate across functions including tech, operations, and business teams

• Support initiatives in risk management, client servicing, and system optimization

• Deliver global process change while adhering to regulatory, resiliency, and audit standards

🛠️ Required Skills & Tools

• Strong knowledge of Data Modelling, Analytics, and Business Intelligence

• Hands-on experience (or willingness to learn) in:

  • SQL, Alteryx, Tableau

  • MS Excel, basic financial modeling, and PowerPoint

  • Understanding of Data Quality dimensions – completeness, accuracy, consistency

  • Basic knowledge of data security on public cloud platforms

• Critical thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills
