About the Role

As a Business Analyst – SQL Developer, you’ll harness your expertise to design, develop, and optimize data-driven solutions. You’ll be pivotal in supporting Genpact’s clients by delivering actionable business insights through robust SQL development and BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Write advanced T-SQL queries with complex joins and subqueries in MS SQL Server.

• Perform ETL operations, extracting and loading data from MS Access to SQL Server.

• Create and modify tables, fields, constraints, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions.

• Automate processes by scheduling and modifying SQL Server jobs.

• Utilize SQL Server SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS for analytics and reporting.

• Develop QlikView dashboards, design data models (Star / Snowflake schemas), and define KPIs based on business needs.

• Handle variables in QlikView, manage QVDs, and maintain basic section access.

Who Can Apply?

• Minimum qualifications:

  • B.Tech / MBA / MSc / MCA (2023, 2024, 2025)

  • Experience with T-SQL, MS SQL Server, and MS Access databases

  • Exposure to ETL processes and BI reporting

  • Ability to develop QlikView dashboards and design robust data models

• Preferred qualifications:

  • Hands-on with QVD creation and data fetching

  • Familiarity with section access in QlikView

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value
