Role Summary

As a Technical Associate – Service Desk L1, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support to global clients. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage IT service requests, and work closely with senior technical teams to ensure smooth IT operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle IT issues/requests via ticketing tools within agreed SLAs.

  • Support both voice and non-voice technical queries.

  • Provide IT assistance to executive leadership and board members.

  • Troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners) and escalate major issues.

  • Resolve basic network, wireless, and switch issues; escalate complex cases.

  • Manage Office 365, MDM, OS, and browser-related issues.

  • Perform user provisioning for business applications like ERP.

  • Support IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.

  • Maintain and utilize Knowledge Management Articles for issue resolution.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of OS, MDM, and Office-related troubleshooting.

  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and strong technical orientation.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, global environments.
