Role Summary
As a Technical Associate – Service Desk L1, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support to global clients. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage IT service requests, and work closely with senior technical teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities

Handle IT issues/requests via ticketing tools within agreed SLAs.

Support both voice and non-voice technical queries.

Provide IT assistance to executive leadership and board members.

Troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners) and escalate major issues.

Resolve basic network, wireless, and switch issues; escalate complex cases.

Manage Office 365, MDM, OS, and browser-related issues.

Perform user provisioning for business applications like ERP.
-
Support IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.

Maintain and utilize Knowledge Management Articles for issue resolution.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Strong understanding of OS, MDM, and Office-related troubleshooting.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Attention to detail and strong technical orientation.
