🔹 Role Overview – Process Developer (BFS045889)

As a Process Developer in Commercial Leasing & Lending, you will handle transaction activities, business reporting, and legal filings for securing assets. The role involves working with state/county filings, compliance, documentation, and daily reporting trackers.

This position requires attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and the ability to manage large transaction volumes with accuracy.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Register and maintain filings with county/state authorities.

• Handle original filings, extensions, refiling, and terminations.

• Download and verify details from SOS websites.

• Update daily trackers with filing details.

• Complete allocation tasks within deadlines.

• Document current and future processes.

• Ensure 100% accuracy and ownership of assigned work.

• Manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual volumes.
