🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve tickets from various support tools within SLA timelines

Handle both voice and non-voice support requests effectively

Provide VIP IT support to executive leadership and senior staff

Perform L1 troubleshooting for networks, Wi-Fi, printers, and devices

Install and configure operating systems, hardware, and business apps

Support Office 365, web browsers, and MDM (Mobile Device Management)

Deliver second-level support to desktops, laptops, scanners, and thin clients

Execute user provisioning across business applications and ERP systems

Contribute to infra projects, system upgrades, and tech migrations
