Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on Windows laptops & desktops

Perform software installations, upgrades, and basic configurations

Handle network troubleshooting – VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi issues
-
Use remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP) to assist users
-
Log, categorize, and escalate tickets in the IT ticketing system
-
Support user onboarding/offboarding and basic account provisioning
-
Follow IT service management practices and SLAs
-
Participate in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
Essential Skills
Technical:

Windows OS and basic hardware/software troubleshooting

Networking fundamentals – IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN

Remote support tools & ticketing systems

Software installation & system configuration
Personal:
-
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
-
Ability to handle multiple tickets under pressure
-
Flexible to new technologies, shifts, and processes
Preferred Skills
-
Troubleshooting Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint
-
Basic iOS & Android support in corporate environment
-
Experience with Windows Defender & printer troubleshooting
-
User account creation, password resets, and group membership changes
