🔧 Role & Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer at Harness, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software

• Work on distributed systems and build scalable algorithms

• Troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with SRE and DevOps teams

• Create design and technical specification documents

• Participate in peer code/design reviews

• Contribute directly to the Cloud Cost Management product

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of software development experience

• Strong knowledge of Java or related programming languages (Golang, Python)

• Hands-on with data structures, algorithms, and software design

• Exposure to distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, TimescaleDB preferred

• Degree in Computer Science (B.Tech or equivalent)
