• Club Administration: Organize & manage L&D club meetings, maintain records, and ensure smooth execution.

• L&D Branding: Promote L&D initiatives, create promotional materials, and drive employee engagement.

• Club Adoption: Build relationships with competency leaders and guest speakers to enhance participation.

• Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, book training rooms, and manage club resources.

• Learning Analytics: Track participation, analyze event success, and provide actionable insights.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Education: MBA / PGDM (HR specialization preferred)

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management and event coordination abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and hosting events

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with L&D/Training exposure are preferred
