Job Overview

The PMO role is part of Hexaware’s Corporate Function, offering exposure to strategic project management, financial tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. The selected candidate will help define, prioritize, and deliver on key corporate initiatives while ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leaders to plan and prioritize projects.

• Manage project deadlines, resources, and task allocations.

• Analyze financial data, including budgets, risks, and resource utilization.

• Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and project updates.

• Track budget vs. actual spending and recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including scope and justifications.

• Provide insights to leadership by analyzing performance and department data.

• Ensure adherence to company standards, deadlines, and compliance.

• Facilitate communication across stakeholders and departments.
