Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Operations (Apprentice) will be part of the International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) division, contributing to investor services, customer communication, compliance, and operational reporting. The role is ideal for candidates with an interest in mutual funds, security markets, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely and error-free reporting of transactions at the Investor Service Centre.
Manage customer communication to resolve issues promptly.
Deliver high-quality distribution and investor services, with a focus on corporate customers.
Coordinate with service providers and report discrepancies.
Suggest and implement process efficiency improvements for customer satisfaction.
Comply with all regulatory requirements and process manuals.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, recruitment, contingency planning, and leave management.
Support monthly reporting processes and operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

Requirement	Details
Education	Minimum Graduation or higher
Domain Knowledge	Understanding of mutual funds/security markets
Skills	Good verbal & written communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork
Client Service Orientation	Inclination towards customer-facing roles
Language	Knowledge of local language is an advantage
Certification	NISM certification required
Training	Mandatory completion of Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions training

Apprenticeship Details

Tenure: 1 year (as per Apprentices Act, 1961)
Certification: On successful completion, a Certificate of Proficiency will be issued by the Government of India.
Enrollment: Apprentices will be registered on the NATS portal.
Completion: Apprenticeship ends after 1 year as per offer letter terms.
