💼 About the Role – Associate Relationship Officer
📍 Location: Gohana, Haryana, India
🏦 Department: Rural Banking
This role is designed to deepen relationships with rural banking customers, build strong household-level connections, and support business owners by assessing their loan needs. You’ll work closely with Relationship Managers to drive client acquisition, generate leads, and ensure top-notch customer service, directly contributing to financial empowerment in rural markets.
🛠 Roles & Responsibilities
✅ Map household needs: Manage zoning activities to identify household and business needs in allocated villages.
✅ Loan activities: Conduct end-user checks post loan disbursals, achieve monthly/annual group loan booking targets, and maintain high-quality documentation.
✅ Sales & cross-selling: Identify new revenue opportunities based on customer needs, lifestyles, and risk profiles.
✅ Account growth: Drive penetration of liability products (savings, current accounts) through lead generation and relationship-building.
✅ Customer behavior: Encourage customers to adopt digital banking.
✅ Collections: Maintain strong collections efficiency and ensure timely repayments.
✅ Compliance & audits: Conduct field audits, customer verifications, and ensure compliance with bank processes.
✅ Support initiatives: Contribute to community development and livelihood advancement programs.
