This role is ideal for freshers or early professionals looking to make a mark in IT operations, inventory control, and compliance.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

As an ITAM Analyst at Deloitte, your role will focus on the 3Cs – Controls, Compliance, and Customer Service.

• Track IT assets and inventory using modern tools

• Conduct physical asset verification and reconcile with database records

• Ensure compliance with IT security and asset policies

• Support IT asset procurement, tracking, and disposal lifecycle

• Maintain accurate, timely asset records in coordination with stakeholders

• Use the ServiceNow ticketing system for updates and reporting

• Identify process improvements and escalate issues when needed

🎯 Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

• BE/BTech in IT, Mechanical, or related engineering fields OR

• MBA in Finance or Operations Management from Tier 2/Tier 3 colleges

• 0–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Inventory Management

• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow or any other ticketing tool

• Basic understanding of asset procurement and disposal

Bonus Points For:

• Diploma in inventory, asset, or supply chain management

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to work across teams and locations
