About the Role

As part of the AI Enablement team, you will work on developing AI-driven automation tools, integrating enterprise AI solutions, and improving business productivity through intelligent workflows.

This role offers hands-on exposure to AI technologies, automation frameworks, and enterprise cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-driven tools using platforms like Copilot Studio and UiPath.
• Build automation workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms like SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Connect AI solutions with APIs, knowledge bases, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote AI adoption across the organization.
• Support AI literacy programs and internal training sessions.
• Ensure security and compliance of AI solutions with enterprise governance policies.
• Implement identity and access controls using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, or Entra ID.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve AI solutions.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of automation platforms such as Copilot Studio and UiPath.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms like Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and context management.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and large language model workflows.
• Experience with API integrations and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of multi-agent workflows and agent orchestration frameworks.
