About the Role

As a DB Associate Trainee at Milliman, you’ll work within a business user environment to support the design, analysis, transformation, mapping, loading, documentation, and reporting of pension plan data for defined benefit clients. This means working on everything from new client implementations to ongoing support and system enhancements, often collaborating across different Milliman teams and locations.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon & New Delhi, perfect for someone looking to develop strong domain expertise in data systems and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• System coding in Milliman’s proprietary pension calculation system.

• Reading and interpreting specification documents to develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD).

• Performing pension benefit calculations and ensuring data quality through edits, validations, and regression testing.

• Maintaining and updating pension databases.

• Troubleshooting and supporting new implementations or service expansions.

• Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive client data.

Skills and Competencies

• Good knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel.

• Familiarity with at least one object-oriented programming language (preferred).
