Role Overview

As an Apprentice Trainee, you will assist the Defence Business Sales Team and gain practical exposure to sales processes, customer engagement, and market research while contributing to key strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in tracking opportunities on government portals, managing trackers, and preparing proposals.
Conduct customer outreach to identify and contact potential government and defense clients.
Perform market and competitor research to support sales strategies.
Help maintain CRM systems, track leads, and prepare sales presentations and reports.
Support the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and product demos across India.
Analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and operations teams for aligned strategies.

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed B.Tech / B.E in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong interest in Defence sector and sales functions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with research and data analysis abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and in teams.
