As a Premium Processing (PP) Junior Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the daily activities of the PP team

• Ensuring premium processing tasks are completed with accuracy and timeliness

• Escalating queries to Senior Technicians

• Participating in feedback and personal development programs

• Meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• Following company compliance, risk, and audit standards

• Completing assigned training modules and compliance certifications

🔹 Who Can Apply?

Freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience who meet the following criteria:

• Degree-qualified (any stream)

• Good communication skills (spoken and written)
