Job Overview

As an MS Engineer (L1) – Networking Managed Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring client IT systems remain operational. Your primary goal will be to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents and problems while delivering exceptional client service. This is an entry-level tech career opportunity with immense potential for career growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor client IT infrastructure and solutions proactively.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests.

• Provide first-line support for standard and low-complexity incidents.

• Perform patching, configuration changes, and approved maintenance tasks.

• Escalate and report incidents where required to meet SLA conditions.

• Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement.

• Collaborate across teams and ensure smooth handovers during shift changes.

• Support on project work and disaster recovery functions when needed.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong troubleshooting and IT support skills.

• Familiarity with Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Nexus switches, ASR/ISR routers, Meraki access points.

• Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), NAT, uplink configuration (DIA, MPLS, P2P).

• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (SecureCRT, Logic Monitor).

• Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork across diverse cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.

• CCNA certification (mandatory).

• Additional certifications in networking/cloud/security are a plus.

• Entry-level experience in IT/network operations or internship experience.
