• Provide support to customers and colleagues via Webchat.

• Investigate queries and ensure accurate resolutions.

• Support business processes, policies, and procedures.

• Identify and address barriers to performance to improve efficiency.

• Maintain records of day-to-day operations, incidents, and trends.

• Recommend automation or process enhancements where possible.

• Deliver continuous improvements in customer service.

🎓 Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduation or Post-graduation (Preferred: 2023/2024 pass-outs).

• Experience: 6 months – 1.5 years in an international chat or email process.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts.
