National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) is the umbrella organisation for operating retail payments and settlement systems in India. Established in 2008 under the guidance of RBI and IBA, NPCI powers major payment systems like UPI, RuPay, IMPS, NACH, and Bharat BillPay.

Program Overview

NPCI employees are offering internal referrals for technology roles to BE/B.Tech graduates from the 2025 batch. This referral drive allows candidates to directly get their profiles reviewed by the hiring team, increasing their chances of selection.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software modules for payment platforms like UPI, RuPay, and IMPS
• Work on API integrations and test transaction flows
• Analyze transaction datasets and generate insights

• Assist in AI/ML model deployment for fraud detection
• Monitor payment systems and ensure high availability

Requirements / Skills

• Maximum 1-year academic gap allowed
• Must complete degree within standard duration
• Open to relocation across India
