As a Business Development Associate (Presales), you’ll play a key role in:

• Engaging potential learners via phone calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings

• Explaining the value of NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 tech career programs

• Understanding learner needs and guiding them toward the right solutions

• Building rapport and trust to improve conversion rates

• Meeting daily and weekly performance targets

• Collaborating with senior sales professionals and support teams

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi

• Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and performance-driven attitude
