Job Description

As an Apprentice at Otis, you will:

• Learn and follow safety procedures, installation, commissioning, service maintenance, and field engineering protocols during training.

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevator and escalator systems.

• Gain hands-on experience working alongside field technicians and engineers.

• Support the team with documentation, reporting, and operational assistance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety and quality standards during training and assignments.

• Participate in on-site projects, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

• Collaborate effectively with senior engineers and technicians.

• Learn to handle technical equipment and tools efficiently.

• Provide support in identifying and resolving technical issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (2025 batch).

• Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong technical aptitude.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
