Operations Monitoring

• Assist in daily monitoring of warehouse processes: inbound, storage, inventory, order processing & outbound.

• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) & analytical tools to track KPIs and drive efficiency.

• Support daily ops & identify areas to minimize delays and streamline workflows.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze large datasets to detect trends, anomalies, and deliver actionable insights.

• Prepare detailed reports on key metrics like inventory accuracy, order turnaround, and cost efficiencies.

• Collaborate across teams to enhance reporting mechanisms and data visibility.

Issue Resolution & Process Optimization

• Help identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalating critical issues when required.

• Contribute to Lean & Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity and quality.

• Use data-driven recommendations to support continuous process improvement.

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any stream) from a recognized institution.

🧩 Skills & Attributes

• Strong analytical mindset with a flair for data-driven decision-making.

• Proficiency in MS Excel & SQL. Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI is a plus.

• Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
