🧾 Job Description

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be part of the Digital Workplace Services team responsible for:

Providing first-line technical support to global clients.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Logging and tracking IT support tickets.
Collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base.
Engaging with AI-powered chatbots and RPA tools to automate and streamline support tasks.

This role allows you to gain hands-on experience in IT support, problem-solving, and communication with international stakeholders.
