Role: Information Security Intern (Futureforce University Recruiting)

As an Information Security Intern, you will act as a Security & Compliance Analyst responsible for ensuring the privacy, compliance, and security of Salesforce products and infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with global customers, and support audit readiness, compliance documentation, and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to address security & compliance questionnaires.
Maintain and update customer-facing security documentation & white papers.
Manage customer security audits, coordinating across time zones.
Provide insights to the Product Management team based on client requests.
Build and maintain a security & compliance knowledge base.
Develop and support security training programs for internal teams.
Prepare audit evidence and compliance reports.
Drive process improvements using Salesforce platform tools.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Graduate / Post-Graduate / Diploma in Information Security preferred.
0–3 years of experience in security audits, RFP/RFI support, or compliance.
Knowledge of Application Security, Cloud Security, and Risk Assessments.
Familiarity with cloud security standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, CSA CAIQ, PCI-DSS.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Analytical and research-oriented mindset.
