Eligibility Criteria

 

Before you apply, make sure you meet the following criteria.

 

Age Limit (as of 01.04.2025)

 

• You must be between 20 and 28 years old.
• This means you must have been born between 02.04.1997 and 01.04.2005.
• Age relaxation is available for reserved categories:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
  • Other relaxations apply as per government rules.

 

Educational Qualification (as of 31.12.2025)

 

• You must have a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates in their final year/semester can also apply, but they must produce proof of passing the graduation exam on or before December 31, 2025.

 

Language Proficiency

 

• You must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the specified local language of the state you are applying for.
• A language test will be conducted after the Main exam. However, if you have studied the local language in your 10th or 12th standard, you will be exempt from this test.

Selection Process

 

The selection process consists of three main phases:

1. Phase I: Preliminary Exam (Online)
   • This is a 1-hour objective test with 100 questions covering English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. Marks from this exam are not counted for the final selection; it is only a qualifying round.
2. Phase II: Main Exam (Online)
   • Candidates who clear the Prelims will be called for the Main exam. This 2-hour 40-minute test includes sections on General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude.
   • The final merit list will be prepared based only on the marks obtained in the Main Examination.
3. Phase III: Local Language Test
   • Provisionally selected candidates (who are not exempt) will have to qualify in the specified local language test before receiving an appointment offer.

Salary and Benefits

 

As a Junior Associate, you’ll receive a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Starting Salary: The total starting salary in a metro city like Mumbai will be around ₹46,000 per month. This includes a starting basic pay of ₹26,730 (with two advance increments for graduates) plus Dearness Allowance (D.A.) and other allowances.
