Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of the SHL Assessment Platform. You’ll collaborate with global teams, diagnose and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvements for a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver application support for the SHL Assessment Platform in the AMS region.
Take ownership of customer-reported issues and follow them through to resolution.
Document bugs, improvements, and enhancements within an Agile framework.
Collaborate with development, QA, client-support, and leadership teams to automate and streamline processes.
Ensure high performance and stability of platforms used globally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of relational databases like MSSQL or MySQL.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global teams and clients.
