About the Role

As an Apprentice at SITA, you’ll work closely with the IT operations team to ensure seamless functioning of applications, hardware, networks, and airport systems.
This is an entry-level role focused on hands-on learning, troubleshooting, and maintaining airport technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1 operational support for airlines & airport systems.
Monitor systems daily, ensuring uptime and SLA compliance.
Handle incidents, service requests, and preventive maintenance.
Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, printers, UPS systems.
Log issues in the ITSM tool, escalate when needed, and maintain accountability.
Prepare and follow up on hardware fault reports with vendors.
Conduct inventory checks and maintain spare parts stock.
Generate operational and maintenance reports.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety procedures.
