Role Purpose

As part of the Sales and Commercial Excellence Program, you will support global training operations, managing end-to-end activities and ensuring smooth execution of training programs for SITA’s sales teams worldwide.

This role is behind-the-scenes but mission-critical, offering exposure to automation projects, data management, and process innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in organizing virtual and in-person training programs across global regions.
Manage training invitations, reminders, attendance, and certification processes.
Maintain and update the training calendar and rosters on SharePoint and LMS.
Use Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data management and reporting.
Generate and analyze training completion reports.
Contribute to presentation design, e-learning reviews, and content updates.
Support automation projects to streamline operations.

Required Qualifications

Education: MBA (recent graduate – Class of 2024 or 2025).
Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
- Basic project management understanding.
- Familiarity with AI tools and task automation is a plus.
- Strong corporate email etiquette.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
