Superset Varsity is organizing a Graduate Career Fair – Multiple Roles (2024, 2025) for full-time IT positions with a CTC of ₹2,80,000 per annum, targeting any three-year graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches across major Indian tech hubs.​

• Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kolkata (and in some drives Kochi, Pune, Mumbai as well)​

• Eligible batches: 2024 & 2025 graduates​

• Qualification: Any 3-year full-time graduate degree​

• CTC: INR 2,80,000.00 per annum​

Available roles and key responsibilities

1) Software Support Engineer

• Develop and test software components based on functional requirements and low-level design.

• Write and optimize SQL queries, perform CRUD operations, and create stored procedures.

• Conduct manual and automated testing, troubleshoot application issues, and resolve service tickets.​

2) Application Support Engineer

• Support and maintain enterprise applications using database queries and stored procedures.

• Execute test cases, diagnose issues, and close tickets following defined operational procedures.

• Ensure that software behavior aligns with business requirements and design specifications.​

3) Technical Support Specialist

• Provide first-level technical support for users and systems, logging and tracking IT incidents.

• Diagnose hardware and software problems, coordinate with IT teams, and update a knowledge base.

• Enhance self-service support options through documentation and troubleshooting resources.​

4) IT Operations Associate

• Follow SOPs and runbooks to manage production IT environments.

• Ensure adherence to security standards and communication protocols with customers.

• Monitor servers, applications, and scheduled jobs to maintain smooth operations.​
