Invoice Processing:

Process invoices within the defined turnaround time.
Reconcile statements and initiate follow-ups.
Manage parked documents, reversals, and error corrections.
Resolve blocked invoice issues.

Payments:

Create payment proposals and audit payment lists.
Ensure accuracy and compliance before final payment approvals.
Forecast payment values for treasury.
Maintain audit-proof payment records.

Vendor Master Management:

Create, update, and manage vendor records.
Follow up for discrepancies or incomplete data.
Track all vendor master modifications.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
