💼 Role Overview

As an Associate Help Desk Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers—delivering outstanding support via calls, emails, chat, or social media. You’ll use best practices to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

🛠 Responsibilities

Handle requests/inquiries from customers via email, chat, or social platforms.
Meet contact center metrics and SLAs (contractual service targets).
Uphold strict data security & non-disclosure agreements.
Complete upskilling courses & attend coaching sessions.
Adhere to schedules, minimize absenteeism, and contribute to reducing shrinkage.

🎯 Who Can Apply?

Education:

Any full-time UG/PG graduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, MCA).
Only 2025 pass-outs are eligible.

Skills:

Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
Good analytical ability & typing skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts.
Must reside within 25 km of any listed office location.
