Role: Associate – Customer Support
As an Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for Sutherland’s B2B customers through Calls, Email, and Chat. This role demands excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for B2B customers via calls, email & chat.

Deliver accurate and professional support within SLAs.
-
Take full ownership of customer issues with proactive problem-solving.

Handle sensitive issues with empathy and represent the brand positively.

Maintain precise customer records & call documentation.

Meet key performance metrics (quality, productivity, attendance, FCR).
-
Suggest process improvements and flag recurring issues.
Role Requirements
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or above.

0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome).

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
-
Strong customer service mindset and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and empathize with customers.
Additional Information:

Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli).

Shift: 8 hours + 1 hour break.
