Eligibility criteria

• Degree/Specialization: BE/B.Tech in any of the following branches:
  Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering, Electronics Engineering.​

• Academics:

  • 60% and above in 10th, 12th, and Engineering​

  • No backlog / No ATKT​

  • Maximum 2 years of educational gap​

• Apprenticeship condition: Candidate must not have signed an Apprenticeship Contract with any other company under NATS.​

Role description

As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to:

• Manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations

• Product development and cutting-edge automotive technologies

• Development of innovative automotive solutions across business units​

Apprentices will be allocated to different functions/roles such as Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Manufacturing Planning, and automotive components and aggregate development, ensuring you become industry-ready and employable.​

Key learning areas

During the apprenticeship, you will:

• Gather knowledge and build skills in end-to-end automobile operations including production, maintenance, SCM, quality, and manufacturing planning.​

• Strengthen technical knowledge gained during engineering through direct exposure to industrial environments and real-world projects.​

• Improve knowledge, skill, and professional attitude in:

  • Manufacturing planning processes

  • Production supervision

  • Maintenance activities

  • Part procurement

  • Quality management systems​

• Develop practical problem-solving skills and gain exposure to cross-functional working across departments.​

• Engage in continuous learning, staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through training and self-directed learning.​
