Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required, no prior experience required
- Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or related field
- ISTQB or equivalent software testing certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and quality control processes
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, TestComplete, JUnit)
- Expertise in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test protocols
- Experience with defect tracking and test management systems (JIRA, TestRail, ALM)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of performance and API testing
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
- Experience with laboratory equipment testing is a plus.
