🧾 Job Responsibilities

As a Finance Trainee, you will support core financial operations, reporting, and compliance functions, contributing to regulatory reporting, audit coordination, and process automation under experienced professionals.

Key Areas:

RBI & Financial Reporting

• Prepare statutory returns as per RBI norms

• Report financial data using French GAAP and IFRS

• Collaborate with the Head Office team for clarification

Month-End & Year-End Activities

• Assist in month-end closing, control accounts, and ledger reviews

• Support financial statement preparation for statutory audits and RBI inspection

Audit & Compliance Support

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, respond to queries

• Help enhance reporting efficiency by automating manual processes

Strategic Finance & Systems

• Contribute to impact analysis for new systems/products

• Assist in invoice processing and interdepartmental data requests

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

• CA / MBA in Finance / Commerce Graduate (Fresher profiles welcome)

• Familiarity with IFRS, RBI norms, and Tax Regulations

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Strong team collaboration, analytical thinking, and accountability
