This registration form is part of upGrad’s placement support, not a direct job guarantee or recruitment service.​

Who can register

• Degrees allowed: BE, BTech, ME, MTech (engineering only).​

• Branches: All engineering specializations (candidates must enter full branch names like “Computer Science and Engineering,” “Electronics and Communication Engineering,” etc., not abbreviations).​

• Preferred year of passing: 2024 & 2025 (2026 also accepted as per form options).​

Academic details required

Candidates must enter all scores strictly in percentage format (e.g., 78.5) without CGPA, grade, fractions, or the “%” symbol for:

• UG degree percentage (mandatory)​

• PG degree percentage (if applicable; else enter 0)​

• 12th percentage​

• Diploma percentage (if applicable; else enter 0)​

• 10th percentage​

Entering CGPA or “%” will automatically mark the candidate ineligible in the system.​

Other information captured

The form collects personal and academic details, including:

• Full name, college/university, personal email, gender, date of birth, city, address, state, mobile and alternate mobile number​

• Information on active backlogs and their count​

• Explicit consent to share data with upGrad Education Pvt. Ltd., its service providers, and hiring partners for evaluating candidature, plus acceptance of upGrad’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use​
