Job Description

Virtusa is hiring Software Engineers to join its Cloud Operations & Information Security team in Chennai, India. This role is perfect for fresh graduates and early-career professionals (0–2 years) who want to build careers in Identity Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, Unix systems, and ITIL-based processes.

You will work with global teams across India, Ireland, and the USA, gaining exposure to enterprise-level IT security administration and automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory (AD) groups and access requests.

• Provide Windows Server and shared folder access.

• Handle identity management tickets via ServiceNow.

• Perform Unix provisioning tasks.

• Create and maintain mailboxes and distribution lists.

• Troubleshoot access-related issues.

• Generate customer and compliance reports.

• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Strong Active Directory and Access Management knowledge.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Putty.

• Basic Unix/Linux commands.
