What You’ll Do in This Role

• Provide high-quality remote IT support to the global Warner Bros. Discovery user community

• Respond quickly through live chat and phone channels, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently

• Use tools like ServiceNow, Zoom, Okta, Active Directory, Intune, and more to resolve technical issues

• Accurately record incidents and keep customers informed about their requests

• Support devices running Windows, OSX, iOS, and Android, along with Apple, Dell, and Lenovo hardware

• Assist with printer setups and handle additional IT admin responsibilities as needed

• Work collaboratively with your team while maintaining excellent customer relationships

Who They’re Looking For

• Recent graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of experience in IT support

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, BSc IT, or a related field

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for IT security and outages

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the business

• Comfortable working in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays to meet global support needs

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English is required

• Ability to work 100% onsite in Hyderabad (hybrid flexibility may apply)
