Job Description

As a Wipro Associate, you will:

• Work in the Radio – Advertisement Management domain.

• Handle data-driven modules using Excel.

• Provide email and blended process support in rotational US shifts.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Ensure accuracy in analysis, reporting, and multi-tasking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform basic computer operations and data entry tasks.

2. Manage Excel data modules and reports accurately.

3. Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills.

4. Support blended process operations with email handling.

5. Ensure high attention to detail and multitasking ability in a night shift environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates only (Any Stream).

• Freshers or up to 2 years of experience can apply.

• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

• Knowledge of Excel and basic computer operations.
