The Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is Wipro’s flagship fresher initiative. It lets you:

📝 Eligibility Criteria for Wipro WILP 2025

• 📌 Degrees: BCA, B.Sc (CS, IT, Math, Stats, Electronics, Physics)

• 📌 10th & 12th: Pass

• 📌 Graduation: Min 60% or 6.0 CGPA

• 📌 Passing Year: 2024 & 2025

• 📌 Other rules:

  • Must have studied Core Mathematics (Business & Applied Maths NOT eligible).

  • Max 3 years gap allowed (up to start of graduation), no gap in graduation.

  • Max 1 backlog at assessment time (must clear before final semester).
