Job Description

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support the Strategy & Operations team in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making within the Certinal platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform GTM strategies
• Support creation of business dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks
• Analyze sales funnel data and customer acquisition metrics to identify optimization opportunities
• Prepare business case studies, market opportunity assessments, and strategic recommendations
• Assist in vendor evaluation, partnership assessment, and diligence processes
• Support cross-functional initiatives with product, marketing, engineering, and sales teams
• Create executive summaries, presentations, and reports for stakeholders
• Contribute to operational process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Track key business metrics and provide insights for strategic planning

Requirements / Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with data analysis and business intelligence tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
• Self-driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively

Eligibility

• Final-year student or recent graduate (B.Tech, MBA or equivalent)
• Prior internship or coursework in business analysis, finance, or strategy preferred
