Hitachi Digital Services is inviting applications from 2025 batch B.E/B.Tech and MCA students for a 6‑month, full-time technical internship across Hyderabad, Pune, and Bangalore, offering a stipend of ₹21,500 per month and potential full-time offers in the range of 4.5 LPA to 5 LPA based on performance and organizational needs.​

Internship details

• Role: Intern (Technical / Digital Services)​

• Stipend: ₹21,500 per month during the 6‑month internship period​

• Duration: 6 months​

• Locations: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore – mandatory work-from-office​

• FTE Opportunity: Exceptional performance may lead to a full-time role with CTC between 4.5 LPA and 5 LPA​

Key responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic digital services environment on real-world, cutting-edge projects​

• Help modernize legacy systems using advanced digital tools and frameworks​

• Contribute to automation initiatives that boost operational efficiency and reliability​

• Assist in designing and building scalable enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives​

• Explore and experiment with innovative technologies to enhance customer experience and support digital transformation.​

Eligibility criteria

• Education: B.E / B.Tech in CS, IT, EEE, ECE, or MCA from the 2025 batch only​

• Academic requirement: Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA throughout, with no academic breaks; candidates with active backlogs are not eligible​

• Location flexibility: Willingness to work from Hitachi offices in Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore as mandatory WFO​

• Skills: Strong coding/programming background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and readiness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.​

Selection process

• Round 1: Technical Assessment (virtual)​

• Round 2: Communication/Speech Test (virtual)​

• Round 3: Codility Test at Hitachi office (Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore)​

• Round 4: Business + HR interview at Hitachi office (Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore)​
