Role & Responsibilities

โ€ข Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support via voice and digital channels
โ€ข Manage IT tickets including categorization, prioritization, and status tracking
โ€ข Ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible
โ€ข Use business intelligence and analytics to improve service delivery
โ€ข Handle service emails and minimize back-and-forth with customers
โ€ข Maintain and utilize knowledge base effectively
โ€ข Work with AI BOTs (CHIP) to enhance customer experience

โ€ข Support customers with password resets, session issues, and internet troubleshooting
