About the Role

As an Apprentice Technician, you will learn how to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer hardware systems. You will work closely with experienced technicians and support teams while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer systems.
• Replace faulty components and maintain system functionality.
• Install, configure, and test computer hardware and peripherals.
• Assist with monitoring and maintenance of network security systems.
• Troubleshoot network issues and perform repairs when required.
• Assist in installation of computer networks including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth system operations.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inventory.
• Stay updated with industry trends and hardware technologies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts including night shifts.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new technologies.
• Valid Indian passport is considered an advantage.
