Job Description

The purpose of this role is to prepare test cases and perform testing of the product, platform, or solution to be deployed at the client end while ensuring that it meets 100% quality assurance parameters.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding test requirements, executing test cases, detecting bugs, and ensuring high-quality product delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand test requirements and design appropriate test cases.
• Author test plans based on business and functional requirements.
• Implement Wipro’s testing methodologies including model-based testing.
• Ensure peer review of test cases to reduce rework.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and capture test cases.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Automate test lifecycle processes using macros, scheduling, and GUI automation.
• Design and execute automation frameworks.
• Detect bugs and prepare defect reports.
• Provide regular test status dashboards to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing reports and project updates.
