Job Description

Global Learning Administration Services (GLAS) is a service that supports Deloitte’s learning platform administration needs, enabling efficient resource allocation and seamless learning management operations across global teams.

As a Learning Administrator, you will provide support in managing learning platforms, handling data administration tasks, and ensuring quality service delivery for internal clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support on Deloitte Learning Platform administration in SABA cloud (LMS)
• Provide expertise services on Catalog management, session & roster management along with reporting
• Efficiently answer queries related to learning content and platform navigation
• Support learning initiatives, conduct research, and ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Redirect system-related inquiries to appropriate resources
• Participate in testing new LMS features
• Work on learning systems, data analysis, reporting, and e-learning support
• Apply system knowledge and procedures to perform tasks effectively
• Handle project responsibilities including data tracking and summarization
• Collaborate with internal and external teams
• Maintain communication and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements / Skills

• Graduation
• Up to 2 years of corporate experience
• Preferred experience in Learning and Development
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of email etiquette
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (sorting, filtering, lookups, removing duplicates)
• Experience in handling cases/tickets
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to interact with internal clients and understand requirements
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI and Macros (preferred)
